Weathervane Winery

Weathervane Winery

Weathervane Wines are never mass produced, assuring you a clean, flavorful, award–winning taste that will keep you coming back for more.Bringing Weathervane Winery to life was a slow, often awful-tasting, process of trial and error. Creating the perfect balance of flavors is an art that Sid takes seriously, so after many tries and some good advice from a friend, Sid made a nice sweet wine with a glorious color and divine taste. After throwing many “trials” away, Sid finally found one to keep. He named it Sweet Mountain Bliss. And it remains a favorite of local winery visitors today and began the journey to what is now Weathervane Winery.

Ever wonder made the first wine. Noah discovered the divine taste that comes from fermenting grapes, Or it the Persians, thousands of years later that picked beautifully colored grapes and found the secret nectar they held? We may never know who to thank for the beginnings of the glorious wines we enjoy; but one thing is certain, people have been making wine by hand and offering it through local wineries for centuries.
