History

We have been making Award Winning Red Wines since 2006.

I have been in the restaurant industry all my adult life and was taught about wine from some of the really great restaurants and their owners such as, Rosellini's, Dominic's, The Mirabeau, David's on Sixth and the Metropolitan Grill. All were excellent teachers and taught me a real love for wine that inspired me to learn all that I could.

With that inspiration I started to get very curious about the making process and played around making wine with kits. When Friends told me that they enjoyed the wines it inspired me to go a step further and learn how the big boys do it.

Each year we keep learning to make our wines better with the help and experience of some of the wine industries best craftsmen.

With the help of our close friends, we get together several time a year and create some excellent blends. The quality of grapes we get from Portteus Vineyard and Red Willow Vineyards makes it easy to create exquisite wines. Every year the grapes create new flavors, textures and aromas that keeps us intrigued.
