A lot of people who go to the Napa region aim to have the best wine tasting experience, but unfortunately, most of them don't. The Napa Valley is one place that's known for incredible wines. There are a lot of wineries with awesome wine making skills in the area and this makes it kind of hard to determine which one to go to. And since driving from winery to winery isn't for everyone, one has to find a relaxing alternative that will ensure that you get the best wine tasting experience in the town. This alternative comes in the form of downtown Napa.

There are a lot of wineries and tasting rooms in downtown Napa. The good thing about them is that you don't have to drive around and they are boutique wineries you can taste wines from. To make it better, most of the wines you'll find in the establishments in downtown Napa are ones that are not common, even in fine wine shops. We have put some tasting rooms together for you to enjoy your wine tasting experience in Napa. Without further ado, let's take a look at some of the places where you can have the best wine tasting in Napa.

VINTNER'S COLLECTIVE

Located in the oldest stone structure in Napa, the Vintner's Collective is one of the best wine tasting places to go in Napa. While the 2014 Napa earthquake took a huge chunk off the building, we are happy to let you know that the historic edifice has been fully reconstructed. Tasting wines at the Vintner's Collective bar will cost you just ten dollars for three wines and thirty dollars for six wines (per person). There's also a private sit-down tasting area for individuals who can pay sixty five to ninety five dollars per person. Private tastings are by appointments only and they also come with charcuterie and cheese. Being a member of the wine club grants you a lot of benefits including complimentary tastings at the bar.

GUSTAVO WINES

Founded in 1996, the boutique winery was named after its founder Gustavo Brambila. It offers one of the best wine tastings in Napa. This boutique winery is one that produces small amounts of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc. The tasting room can be easily located from across the Oxbow Public Market. You can also enjoy a barrel tasting with the founder, Gustavo Brambila, but you'll need an appointment to be invited to the location, which is also in Napa.

THE BOUNTY HUNTER

This establishment doubles as a nice, casual restaurant and a wine bar. The wine wall is quite unique. The wine bottles are arranged along the brick wall in such a way that the top shelf features each size of wine bottle. With the food menu being incredibly delightful, you can taste the wines by the glass and also purchase wines to take home.
