Join us for our seasonal Farm-to-Table Dinners at our Woodinville Farm + Tasting Room. All food is sourced from organic farms + purveyors typically within 10 miles of our property, prepared by special guest chefs and served family style. Your event ticket includes appetizers, dinner, dessert and one glass of wine to start the evening. Our Tasting Room will be open for additional glass + bottle purchases. $65 / Wine Club Members $75 / Non-members Chef Benny Arocho Jr., Etta’s/Tom Douglas Restaurants Hailing from the East Coast, Benny found himself managing a small café on Long Island after graduating. There he discovered a love of food and the craftsmanship behind it. Benny soon enrolled at the French Culinary Institute where he trained in classic French technique, leading to opportunities at Chef Brad Farmerie’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Public, in NYC, and Double Crown; to Jean-Georges’ farm-to-table opus, ABC Kitchen. Fulfilling his dream of moving west to Seattle, he began at the W Hotel’s Earth & Ocean, before moving onto Tom Douglas’ famed seafood restaurant, Etta’s. Chef Benny is now head chef at Etta’s and brings his global influences that were integral to his training to your table.
