The Client Services Coordinator (customer support, wine club and order fulfullment) is responsible for creating truly exceptional service for all members and clients of Darioush by engaging with guests beyond their visit to the winery. Three key elements of responsibility and expertise necessary for success in this role include: *Client Services/Customer Support for all direct-to-consumer sales via phone and email (inbound and outbound calls) *Administration and coordination of wine club systems and membership database *DTC Order processing and coordination of wine inventory and fulfillment (via third-party services) This is a full-time employment opportunity and is eligible for benefits. Schedule may require seasonal weekend work. Interested candidates must be available to work in offices in southern Napa, near the Napa Airport. Key attributes and responsibilities for success include: *Graciously extend the Darioush experience for recent visitors, members and clients beyond the winery doors via phone and web * Practiced in the culture of top flight customer service. *Minimum 3-5 years of wine industry customer service, wine club, hospitality or sales. *Experience with wine club operations and wine fulfillment/logistics a big plus. *Strong work ethic, comfort with public speaking, detail-oriented and organized, focused and able to perform in a fast-pace environment. *Advanced computer skills a must, with industry specific systems preferred (OMS/POS/CRM) *Comfort in reaching out directly to engage wtih wine club members, former visitors and/or customers via phone *Passion for wine and general knowledge of the Napa Valley is important.
