There are few California wine regions better located for a day away than Paso Robles. It essentially sits right in the middle of the space between San Francisco and Los Angeles, making it a great place for visitors to head out to when visiting one of those major cities. Taking the time to go that little extra distance means landing in spots that you might otherwise have missed.

The Central Coast region of California is one of the most scenic areas in the state, as well as being home to some of the best wines made there. Once you do start to spread out a little, you will find all kinds of wonderful towns and wineries waiting for you along the way, which is what a trip through wine country is supposed to be all about.
