Most of the wine produced by Hawaiian winers, is fruit based with hints of pineapple. The primary grape used in wineries in Hawaii, is the Symphony grape. The Symphony grape produces a drier, fruity white wine. Table wines and drier white wines are the most popular wines produced in Hawaiian wineries.
